I scream, You scream, We all Scream for PIZZA?!
Ok, maybe that isn’t how it goes, but I need to shed some light on a pizza event I attended this past Monday. #HoustonPizzaFiesta! I learned so much and I won’t lie: Domino’s hasn’t always been my first choice for Friday night pizza delivery. But after trying out their new menu items and seeing the direction they are going in, Domino’s will be part of my Friday nights in!
Domino’s is changing up and remodeling many of their locations in Houston and around the nation. They are changing it to a “Theater style” restaurant. They are making it an experience, kid/family friendly, and they are putting on a show for their guest! You can have your little one step up on their “Young Pizza Inspector” steps and they can watch the Domino’s experts make their pizzas! Sometimes they even throw dough out and let the guest catch it. They have charging stations all around their walls so you can get work/homework done while enjoying one of their new menu items.
Domino’s impressed me with their new menu items. Their Domino’s marbled cookie brownie was TO DIE FOR. They don’t only have pizza but they also have sandwiches, salads, desserts, and pasta! No matter if you are a picky eater or you can eat anything, there is something on the menu for everyone in the family.
They are also stepping up their game with their deliveries. They have a tracker on their apps and websites so you can better track your pizza. Domino’s wanted to make it easier for their customers to be able to order food no matter where they were. They now have “Hotspots.” Hotspots are locations that may not have physical addresses but are popular (parks, venues, hospitals). Instead of trying to scramble around for an address, you can meet your Domino’s delivery guy/girl at the designated Hotspot!
I had the opportunity to build my own pizza and it is not as easy as it looks. I learned so much about their growth and how they want to make their customers happy. They are about to hit their peak time and are currently hiring 500 drivers and 100+ assistant managers. (Drivers get paid mileage and tips on the same day of their shift). You can look for job opportunities on the link below!
Thank you Domino’s for inviting me to your #Houstonpizzafiesta you did not disappoint!
